The RCUES is situated on the left bank of the river Gomti. It has a well equipped conference hall, auditorium, rooms for faculty members and the office. The Centre has a fully furnished Guest House for the officials participating in the programmes organized by it. A new campus, specially with residential facilities, is also being developed by the Centre.

Academic Block

It consists of AC rooms for the Director and the members of the faculty. The Director's room is attached with one sitting room and the other for the secretarial staff. Every faculty member has been allotted a separate room equipped with a computer with universal internet facility.

Administrative Block

It houses rooms for senior Administrative, Management and Finance officers, office staff, stores, technical support rooms besides rooms for Research Faculty and Class rooms.

Conference Hall

A fully air conditioned and well equipped with OHP, LCD, Slide Projectors, PA System with recording facilities has sitting capacity for 60 people.

Meeting Room

An air conditioned room with projection facilities is used for faculty meetings and other formal round tabled conferences.

Library

This specialized Library is exclusively used by the faculty and researchers for consultation on various aspects of Urban Administration and Management. It has separate sections on Urban Administration and Management, Urban Development, Urban Planning, Urban Environment, Housing, Community Development, Public Health, Urban services and Infrastructure, Project Management, Urban Acts etc. and volumes on interrelated disciplines of social sciences. It subscribes more than two dozen National and International Journals of repute.

Trainees' Hostel

The centre has its own well furnished Trainees Hostel consisting of 40 rooms including 5 AC and 2 deluxe suites. It has one big lounge and 2 dining halls with kitchen facilities. Two TVs are installed for recreation of boarders.

Auditorium

With a sitting capacity of 125 on fixed elevated chairs and a high wooden platform with a podium and PA system, is generally used for inaugural and valedictory sessions, get-togethers, recreation functions etc.

Computer Lab

The centre has developed a training cum computer lab with 30 computer systems for imparting practical training on computer applications in urban administration and management.

Technical Support Rooms

These include store, electrical operation rooms, automation rooms etc.
