RCUES is managed by two high level committees. The administrative and
financial policy decision making powers vests in the Governing Council,
headed by the Vice Chancellor, Lucknow University, while academic
activities are guided by an Advisory Committee, constituted under the
Chairmanship of the Principal Secretary to Government of Uttar Pradesh in
the Department of Urban Development.
