- Thirty Years of training experience during which conducted, co-ordinated and directed various training programmes, workshops, seminars etc. relating to urban administration and management organized by the RCUES, Lucknow University.
- Conducted and co-ordinated specialised in-service six week's training programmes on "Planning and Management of Urban Development" for Overseas Administrators, sponsored by Government of India.
- Directed, co-ordinated and conducted a series of specialised in-service training programmes in the field of Disciplinary Enquiry, Municipal Resource Mobilisation etc. in collaboration with the Govt. of Madhya Pradesh.
- Delivered lectures during the training programmes etc. and prepared background material for the various training programmes, workshops, seminars etc.
- Designed and developed formats for the Neighbourhood Survey, Mini-Action Plan and City Action Plan required during the implementation of UBSP programme in Uttar Pradesh.
