• Established Disaster Management Cell in the Centre.

• State Level Agency for GOI-UNDP’s New Country Programme:  
  Capacity Building   for Decentralized Urban Governance in U.P.

• Was designated Nodal Training Centre for Department of Urban Development, 
  Govt. of Uttar Pradesh.

• Was designated Nodal Agency for IT & E-Governance for Uttar Pradesh.

• Coordinating Agency for implementation of Double Entry Accounting System in 
  all the 628 Urban Local Bodies of U.P.

• Coordinating Agency for development of GIS and Computerization of 18 ULB's of U.P.

• Implemented Report Card System & Prepared Report Cards for all the 51 
  Class - I towns of U.P.

• Implementing Capacity Development for Urban Governance Programme.

• Prepared Urban Development Policy.

• Training Programmes for Women Councilors.

• Established Computer Training Cell.

• Drafting Unified Municipal law.

• Restructuring Urban Management.
